Prices, Payment, and Sale Tax

All Pro Detailing Supplies currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Sales tax will be automatically be added to the total price of the order by our shopping cart depending upon where the recipient lives. All Pro Detailing Supplies will collect sales tax on all orders originating from the state of California. All prices are valid only when ordering from the continental United States. We reserve the right to lower or increase our prices and shipping fees without notice.

Shipping & handling

All orders are shipped via UPS ground by All Pro Detailing Supplies. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California. All shipping rates are calculated and are based upon the total weight of the items in the shopping cart at time of checkout. Shipping rates may change without notice. Shipping rates to Hawaii may be higher do to shipping method. We do not ship to Alaska at this time. UPS will not ship to a P.O box, we need a residential or a business address. We ship 5 days a week Monday-Friday, excluding state and national holidays. We provide Same Day Shipping on all orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Otherwise all orders received after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. Please allow orders 7-14 business days to reach buyer depending on location.

Notice: Due to the combustible classification rating on some PRO® Products, all direct-shipped items purchased online from AllProDetailingSupplies.com will only be delivered via ground service due to more restrictive D.O.T. classifications on air shipments.

All products offered by AllProDetailingSupplies.com are provided by All Pro Detailing Supplies. We proudly feature PRO® Products and other fine automotive detail products. Orders received for products that are currently out of stock will be shipped when products become available. Customers will be notified with estimated product availability and or shipment. We reserve the right to add or remove products without notice. We sell more product than listed in our web site some products are not listed due to nature of the product and can be shipped common carriers, please use the contact form or call us at (909) 979-1785 to inquire about products not listed, If interested in buying in bulk, 5 and 55 gallon items.

Guarantee

All Pro Detailing Supplies believes in the products that we offer. If the buyer become dissatisfied with items ordered, we offer a 30-day risk free 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will issue a return authorization and refund the buyers money for the price of the product. This only applies if the items is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

Returns

All returned products must be in a new, re-saleable and original condition. Returned products that has been noticeably used and or not in a re-saleable condition, refunds will not be issued and the product will be kept at the buyers expense. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Returns must be approved by our sales department before return shipment. We will not accept returns that have not be approved.
